The last few days have been pretty horrible/bittersweet in Brisbane Town (Brisvegas, Brisneyland or recently and my new fave Brisvenice). I decided to get historical and look back before seeing now. Floods are horrible, and if you can, please donate or raise funds to help any of the areas that have just been devastated. For a city we're coping pretty well, and we have support, right attitude, man power and a cold beer. I hope other nations can take a page out of the Australian book which is look after your people, no matter if they are neighbour, friend or stranger, life matters and stuff doesn't.
